VIASPACE ACQUISITION NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUE BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT

Irvine, CA - March 1, 2010-VIASPACE Inc. (OTCBB: VSPC), announced that negotiations on a Securities Purchase Agreement for its purchase of Inter-Pacific Arts Corp., a subsidiary of VIASPACE Green Energy Inc., are continuing. Both parties are working toward an agreement. No further details were provided.
